Porsche sends damage claim to Audi for dieselgate
According to German newspaper ‘Bild’ Porsche is asking 200 million euro compensation for the damage it has suffered from dieselgate.
In 2015 an other VW-daughter, Audi, has admitted that his V6 diesel engine, to be found in cars from VW, Audi and Porsche, had a technical device that was considered illegal in the United States. Now Porsche is reacting firmly to this.
According to Bild Porsche now has issued a damage claim to Audi for an amount of 200 million euro to pay for the recall of cars, the law aid and the special offers Porsche had to make to his clients as a result of the events.
Asked about this claim, Porsche is not denying it, but states it’s not giving any comment about internal discussions within the Volkswagen Group.
